Full Dyslexia Diagnostic Assessment

£495

A full diagnostic dyslexia assessment provides an in-depth understanding of your child’s learning profile, identifying their strengths and any difficulties that may be associated with dyslexia.

The assessment typically lasts 2.5–3 hours and is carried out in a supportive, relaxed and child-centred environment. It includes a discussion of your child’s developmental and educational history, alongside a range of standardised assessments exploring literacy skills and the underlying cognitive processes involved in reading, spelling and writing.

Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive written report explaining the findings in clear, accessible language. This will include an overview of your child’s strengths, areas of difficulty and personalised recommendations for supporting their learning both at home and at school.

My aim is to help you gain a clearer understanding of how your child learns, recognise their potential and identify practical strategies to help them develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of learning.

1:1 Tailored Specialist Teaching

£65 per hour

I offer personalised, one-to-one specialist dyslexia teaching tailored to each learner’s individual strengths, needs and learning style. Sessions focus on identifying and addressing gaps in literacy development, including phonological awareness, phonics, reading and spelling, as well as any other areas requiring targeted support and scaffolding.

Using structured, cumulative and multisensory teaching approaches, I aim to strengthen foundational skills, build confidence and help learners develop effective strategies for overcoming difficulties. By focusing on the areas where support is most needed, while recognising and building on individual strengths, my goal is to enable every learner to fulfil their potential and become a more confident, independent literacy learner.
